I prefer to quote per job. Per hour doesn't really mean anything if you don't factor in speed or experience level and just makes me look too expensive compared to an outsourced $10/hr programmer who doesn't know what he is doing. I need that model site we discussed built in the next 45-60 days. Similar to the one you had done previously. I am looking to get more content produced in the new year, and must have that site up before I can do it. So that way I can keep all of my models organized.
