I've been using Mibew - http://mibew.org/ but I have outgrown it (not to mention it hasn't been updated in almost a year now).

What are some good solutions now? I've used liveperson in the past and had nothing but trouble.

A lot of my customers are middle-aged BBWs. I think they'd love that shit. If you can record some "mmmmmmmmms" and kiss sounds for chat notifications I will gladly buy it off you.
