    Latest PS3 controller released yesterday

My mate bought a game & 2 of the latest controllers, saying it works well. Its bought the ps3 into the wii sector of the market.

I have the ps3 & already thought it was the better of the games consoles with its nicer looks & durability, faster system & higher ram than the xbox360. The wii did have its "get involved factor"... Now the ps3 has it all

The Wii got very boring for me very quickly. I can't be bothered jumping around and swinging my arms playing games. The novelty wore off after 20mins.

At least now the PS3 has that option available, but i can't see me buying it...

The new controller does look cool, but I'd much rather sit on my ass on the couch while playing.
I thought the ps3 had a bigger ram, but it looks that you are correct, they both have 512mb

The ps3 does have a bigger harddrive with its 320gb.

Interesting I can imagine the new controller being more worthy for family fun

If this is the case, maybe thats whats going to make the ps3 own the market. Versatility.

A novel idea, but I don't need to be straining my shit while playing video games. I like the passive experience of sitting on my couch wiggling my thumbs.

Yes, but a good wheel helps driving games (especially if you have pedals, too)

A proper gun would be great for Call of Duty etc

Sword or boxing glove controllers would rock,
while a wrench controller would be great for Ratchet and Clank

My PS3 wireless controller is better than the wired PS2 controller -- why stop there?

            Agreed.

Some of the games like tennis etc, I do not understand.... if your going to get up in your frontroom, you may aswell go outside for a proper game. But the gun games & driving, well, you just can pick up a AMG & thrash it at 200mph anywhere can you
