Open jar of horseradish, or grate some then deeply inhale.

Hot peppers also help.

take a towel and put it over your head over a sink running hot water and breathe in the hot air. deep breathes of the steam.

it will release the pressure.

Try inhaling a little salt water into one nostril.. Salt will help clear out the mucus and sting a little..

I have one of these at home for when I get stuffy sinuses and it works.. Looks like a little teaot, but it really does the trick! You can find 'em at most good health food stores..

i have enough problems with my sinuses.....something tells me that remedy would just make it worse

I have the worst sinuses. Over all the best thing I think is,
SUDAFED SINUS . They come in different kinds so check all the boxes for your symptoms. After a few it will clear you up. Also Salene nosesprays work the best. Not just any old nosespray will do.
