    Encoding Software

Hey guys, I'm looking to purchase an encoding software that will rip a DVD to 3 different resolution output FLV files. I've been browsing around trying out multiple different softwares but havn't found one that does the job.
Choosing a customized resolution and bitrate, as well as being able to encode to two different formats (IE: Flv and AVI) would be nice as well
    Any suggestions would be appreciated!

Sorenson Squeeze does all that. Pay for good software, and you get good results.

Don't go with anything based on FFmpeg. You'd be using a version of FLV that's seriously outdated.

It's not that expensive, $799.00. Haven't had the guys look at it yet, but this might be just what I need.

x2k, when I hit the 'learn more' button on http://www.x2k.com/feeds.html I get:

The encoded file /metrix-bitgravity/sites/client.feeds.com/htdocs/auth.php requires a license file.
