I have created a couple of versions of such a hardlink checker script. One just checks if any of your links exist in each of a text file's urls, and the other can check that your link(s) are at the site with the proper anchor and optionally title.

The PHP 5 scripts run on your webserver and check if a hardlink that you traded or bought is still linking to you, and do that for all sites in your list. Listing the urls that no longer have your hardlink up. You can access it with your web browser and it is very simple to install (just upload) and use (just go to the url).
