How do I convert wordpress generated php pages into static html pages?

I have some blogs using wordpress that I don't update anymore that I want to move to a new server. I don't want to use wordpress anymore.

Is there an easy way to just convert all the script generated php pages into static html pages that I can upload to the new server? Maybe a script that spiders the site and generates html files?

If you wanna do it by hand, just open the page in your browser and copy/paste the code.
