From CE's Terms and Conditions for the new XXX All Access program

We will send out checks weekly. For anything under $50.00 per pay period, or the minimum pay amount specified by you, we will carry that amount to the following pay period. All revenues will be disbursed in US Dollars.
We are paying $1.30 per E-mail signup, there are no deductions for cancelled E-mail signups. We pay $15 per active member upsell if the subscriber signs up for our paysite at the time of subscription or from the daily newsletters. An active member is a member that did not cancel or credit within 7 calendar days after the signup.
We will pay weekly for e-mail signups and sales occurring not less than two weeks prior to the pay date.
You will receive 50% of all dialer income for the life of the dialer subscriber.
