I cancelled hosting with them several years ago, they ignored the cancellation, keep on sending me increasing bills.

Their "live" support is never on, they don't respond to emails or phone calls. Deliberately block my account email address, bouncing it.

I've used several new email addresses, with the original invoicing etc attached, they ignore that too. Sent the email to 6 different email addresses on their site and whois.

I've called them (internationally), never any answer.

Total scamming twats and fuck 'em?

I have around 64 domains with webair, I also have 14 accounts with other hosts to mix up my network. Server provider only ever had a couple of domains on with an experiment I pulled years ago.

They are scumsucking asswipes.

yeah i didnt have the best experience with server provider either. I had to charge back one month's hosting charge because they kept charging me long after I cancelled my account. Support was brutal compared to my other hosts, they dont even have a ticketing system!

Yeh, he was posting nonstop about stocks there for a while. Maybe he moved into that on a more full-time basis and is letting the hosting company die?

I would call my bank or credit card company and see what they say. I foresee a chargeback.

I used them for a couple of years and never had trouble until I closed my account. They kept invoicing me for months afterwards, insisting my account wasn't closed. Took around 4 months to get sorted.
