I have one sponsor who recently cut payouts down $5 per PPS. Now, I don't really have an issue with it, but they did this without so much as even an email, and it looks like they have changed all the sales for the month to the NEW PPS. So all sales that I made prior to the change have been reverted to the new PPS.

Depends on their software, really. NATS 3 requires manual rebuilds by TMM for any closed period, but NATS 4 does it dynamically unless PAYOUT_STORE is set up to the payment period. As it's 6/15, if they started on 6/1, yeah, it does that by design.

Are you sure you didn't get an email that was filtered? I can't think of too many sponsors who wouldn't at least notify you, first.

The way things are going now-a-days, I wouldn't put it passed them.

Up until the point that affiliates are notified, you should still be receiving the previous payout amounts.

of course it might be the nats error in which case regardless of what it says they would pay you the previous rate up to the 15th.

no, well I sent an icq, but i just noticed this and it is late. but they didn't contact me before dropping pps either. A lot of sponsors have dropped pps in the last few months, but they've always had the tact to email me.

sponsors can do whatever they want unless an affiliate sues them, which is highly unlikely.

In my experience more times than not emails get send however they get lost . caught in spam filters etc.
Whilst getting your pps amount lowered by $5 sucks at least they did not just shut up shop & not pay you.

Thats strange I recently had a program raise my pps by $5.
