need help please: looking for multilanguage wp plugin

hi everyone. can someone please help me with multilanguage wordpress plugin, where i can see language switcher on each page and easy switch to other languages? i need to have everything in other language, also pics, page names and so, not only content ... i tried xlanguage already, but i think it is a bit chaotic for the girl who will be filling the site ... thanks in advance for any help and wish you best with your sites everyone!

thank you, i can google it and try them all, but i will be more happy if someone can spend two minutes with reply what is working instead of me loosing few hours and trying whats better lets hope someone have some experience, thanks for the bumps!
