Elevated X support contact

Does anyone know a direct contact for Elevated X support department? (non-emergency phone number, Skype, email, or any of the IM contacts). I am aware of the fact that they do not offer 24/7 support outside of an emergency, but there is an issue that needs addressed and it's been over 10 hours without a response through the ticket system. They were contacted during the business hours mentioned on their site.

You're welcome. I'm glad your issue was resolved. Please do me a favor if you have problems and contact me directly instead of turning to a message board like GFY to help. We have multiple channels of communication available for this exact reason.

You can email me at [email protected] and can call 800-690-9277 and get me directly during normal hours. In the case of emergencies like a site being down, submitting an emergency ticket results in us being paged via SMS.
