Zambio bills the merchant for chargebacks right ? How frequent do chargebacks occur ? Is the process of doing a chargeback from a consumer's point of view a pain or a breeze ? Is there any protections against chargebacks or how to lower them ? Do chargebacks occur because people are not happy with the content and feel ripped off or realize they are also billed for x-sale.

I have had many different types of memberships sites over the years, and I have never even gotten up to a half a percent in charge backs.

How often they occur depends on the site, and what you provide. If you market, and deliver, what is promised then you should have no issues realistically. Most people I have heard have issues with CB are those who have 1998 versions of pay site or promise something they can't deliver, or they bang a customers card.
