What a bunch of dicks.
There's no excuse for not paying rebills to your affiliates (whether this is the case with them or not, I don't know, I have no business with them. I am just going by what others have insinuated.) if you are still processing them. No excuse. If you pocket the money, you're a scumbag and I hope a pissed affiliate finds your personal information and spreads it along with how you ripped them off all over the internet as well as your hometown so you can't even open up a mainstream program or a physical business without being shit on. I know there's no way I'd just roll over if someone took off with my cash in that way.
I know it's hard to grasp, but if the affiliate program is willing to fuck his own customers in the ass and essentially steal money from them, do you really think they will in turn give a second thought to not paying affiliates?Last edited by crockett; 06-04-2010, 07:15 PM.In November, you can vote for America's next president or its first dictator.Comment

That's part of the reason why I never personally did any business with them in the first place... well that and the name of the program alone.
You don't like my posts? Put me on ignore or fuck right off. I'll say what I want.

We're still here, and making moves. Now is the time to promote some real content and not the typical crap you see everywhere else.

They were barely a real adult program to begin with, their big affiliates were SE spammers, mailers, toolbar guys, etc... Most their joins went through a generic join page that the affiliates would embed in their own site. Sometimes the tours with quickbuck join pages weren't even adult in nature, or promised rapidshare downloads, ebooks etc... They just monetized credit cards, versus running real porn sites.
They won't be missed, at least not to real affiliates with adult traffic selling paysite memberships.Comment

I'd like to see this business get back to the hands-on folks shooting their own stuff and that have a love for the business. The majority of the bigger programs are owned by guys playing a numbers game that could care less about "porn" and not only do nothing creative...but they have never even been on a porn shoot and have never surfed their own sites.-Robbie

The companies that are shutting down are NOT porn companies...they are billing companies that just happen to use porn as the product. You cant just switch to revshare. They're business model is free trial / good throughput. Two things:
1. Why don't all these Programs that are closing switch to Revshare and keep their affiliates? I mean, why shut down? okay, to keep the $, right, but couldn't they just change their biz model?
2. Time to start promoting CCBill Programs (like PeabodyCash!)
Good luck to those hurt by yet another "one" biting the dust.

Pornograph was a adult free counter that many webmasters used on galleries, TGP's ect.. It was owned by John Albright (the guy that owns NATS). He "claimed" he sold it but of course never said who he sold it to or offered up any proof that it was sold, or even transferred the domain to anyone else.
Whom ever this so call supposed new owner was that may or may not of still been John Albright in disguise, decided to make some quick bucks off everyone elses traffic.
"Whomever" this supposed mystery man in black was, decided to use the counter to force auto toolbar installs and who better to send this stolen traffic to, but Quick Bucks of course.
Quick Bucks also payed dumb as a rocks about whom ever the so called person was whom sent the traffic. If I remember right, he eventually slipped up at some point as said it was JA that still obviously owned the counter at the time of the installs.
Shortly after that, Nats was launched cementing in bro status for JA.
You can read about it here if you feel like it.

I guess it's more to do with JA but it was Quick Bucks that happily took the installs from traffic stolen from many of the very users on this forum, including myself.Last edited by crockett; 06-05-2010, 05:10 PM.In November, you can vote for America's next president or its first dictator.Comment

Not really, It depends on what their terms and conditions were for that specific affiliate program. Does any one have a copy of it or a link to it?thats fraud. The women likely paid with a credit card and can charge it back. Affiliates can't do that. Any company not continuing to pay out on revshare is fraud pure and simple and should be reported to the AG in that state, if they are in the US. I would throw them under the bus personally as well if any company pulled that shit with me on revshare.
Spanx!

Quickbuck wasn't really an adult program. It was just a front to get credit cards to run every which way.
Their comment about people not making money on adult affiliate programs is wrong. People can and do make money, they simply can't anymore now that credit cards are not allowing them to scam people.Comment

My belief is that if someone is going to lie to your face and everyone else's about their business dealings, they should not be trusted with your business.Comment

crooked from Day 1 in the industry - only a real old timer remembers Hooper ripping off KarasXXX as his entry to the adult industry, he just got dirtier and dirtier, he should be in jail and one day it will happen.
he is a Jew, Jews believe in karma like no other culture/religion - the best selling book Why Bad Things Happen To Good People was written by a Jewish rabbi. Because when tragedy happens, and it happens to us all, nobody cries 'why is this happening to me and my family?' louder than a Jew. When tragedy comes his way, he'll ask the question and he'll have his answer 'because you're an unscrupulous lying thieving sack of shit'.I moved my sites to Vacares Hosting. I've saved money, my hair is thicker, lost some weight too! Thanks Sly!Comment
