this kind of thing happens in a lot of industries. Even if you look at ads in some countries over the world. People throw a baner up and then just take it down when they're confronted about it. Most poeple won't be bothered taking them to court. Sucks, but that's how it is.

Any larger tube will have http access logs disabled or greatly limited because it would eat up the harddrive space on the server too quickly
