Hey, looking for a good php customer support ticket system, what do people use and how do they find it?

i have worked with Kayako and Cerberus but we developed our own ticketing system as those software packages are mostly closed source and we needed several modifications, but for general usage, check kayako

I use osticket. Super light and does the job. I love it. And it's open source.

Kayako, very good and surely does the trick for the majority of cases. At the very least you need to check it out.

I have heard about osticket, but I haven't used it myself. It seems like a well developed Open Source framework.
