I need your assistance about ePassporte, ePassporte support are getting lazy to review my documents or they are just blind.

Scenario 1: I paid 5 bucks for increasing my limits to $1000 a day.
Response: I can only withdraw like 10k a day (Peso Currency) not accurate to what I've paid.

Scenario 2: I upload 2 documents my water bill and electric bill to prove my identity.
Response: Please submit an alternative proof of address. (I don't have much time to submit all of my proof of billing here)

Is this Mexican Pesos?

1) If your limit is $1020 per day and you activate your personal limits you can take out that amount.
It can be the ATM have a per transaction limit or a per day limit for foreign cards, try using an ATM from a different bank.

2) The proof of address has to be a utility bill or bank statement with your name, address and date visible and not be older than 120 days.

2. I did I send utility bill already my electric bill and water bill with my name clearly stated. And also just Month of March when I submit it. And I submit bill of march also.

You have to log into EPASS and click the ATM Protection to get the max. off your card or the daily limit over $300 or whatever your limit is at the ATM.

You have so many minutes to get to an ATM before it's reset.
