Question for webcam studios

I'm looking to setup a professional webcam studio for a few models. Can anybody give me some suggestions on the best (affordable) equipment to use. Thanks!

We use a 3chip camera for quality & decent lighting.

Have you got a video cameras rather than a webcam? There are some good quality webcams out there but really if you want to use one of these I would suggest spending at least £99 for motion detecting.

well most of our models use webcams.. but we are setting up a actual in house studio, so trying to find the best solution. Can hd camcorders still be used as webcams? Almost everyone I look at doesnt have the firewire port anymore.
