SOBV Programs - Payment Status Statement

Dear Loyal Affiliates,

We have done a test run with WebmasterChecks today and they appear to be functional at this point, although they have not released any of our previously held funds. As long as things continue to go well we will be sending through more funds across all the programs (AGAIN) on Friday for the period ending 4/15. WebmasterChecks should have that paid across the board by Tuesday morning. As back-up we have set up two payroll companies that will take on that function as back ups if needed.

This is for all of the following programs affected:
ArchiveCash
SkinTraffic
TastyDollars
PrideAccess
GayGravy
GayPay
NichePay
TrannyPay
TripleXBonanza
NicheCastle

To Summarize In Detail:
-All check and wire payments for period ending 3/31 are current
-All epass payments will be current as of Friday late afternoon PST
-All check, epass and wire payments for period ending 4/15 will be current as of Tuesday morning PST
-All payment methods for period ending 4/31 should be on time plus or minus 2 days

We are very sorry for the delay and inconvenience this has caused you all! This ordeal has not been fun for any of us.

The problem with these scum bags is that they have the best converting sites out of any program. Even if they have crazy cross sales they outsell every other site I've ever tried to sell by a long shot. I can't walk away from that and neither can so many others.

The customer should know enough by now about cross sales. If you have failed to educate them or they are just that dumb then I can't help them. They will be idiots for life and will get burned with everything they do forever. Sucks to be them. In the meantime I have bills to pay and the fastest way to pay them is to promote these sites. I don't care if they have 1000 cross sales on the join page.

Yes. I send them a LOT of sales and it would be pretty stupid for them to not pay me. I doubt they would want me to send my traffic to Pimp Roll instead.

I have them send a payment once a month so I'm not on the usual twice a month payment. I received last months payment on time. There was a small delay when the webmaster check thing started but I knew about it and they told me in advance it would be late so I waited for them to sort it out.

From what I hear, Media is no longer with SOBV sites. Tons of affiliates are waiting for their payments. SOBV is waiting for Webmaster Checks to resolve their ordeal with the government in order to pay affiliates. And that's that.

" The current issue that WMC is facing hasn’t effected any of SOBV funds since April 15th. So I’m unclear how that has effected any of your earning in the past couple of months. Our accounts are not frozen currently and we are processing payments. However we do still have client funds tied up in the initial freeze by the DOJ. We are still working with our attorneys and the DOJ to get those funds released. All of that being said, when those funds are released they will be returned back to the program, not the affiliates. Its my understanding that most programs have already reissued checks that were effected by the freeze "


What do you guys have to say to this? Probably nothing I guess. If you guys are serious about paying, now is the time to say somthing.. anything!
