ICQ question

The setting that requires me to authorize people before they can contact me - is that something I can set in my ICQ application (I use pidgin). I had a look around in pidgin, but could not find anything.
I almost never log into the ICQ website...

Ah, okay. Sorry. I found it in the settings of the individual ICQ accounts in pidgin.
