No more than Jimmy Fallon. They're both no-talent hacks but Fallon is much more annoying to me.

i watch the daly show, i don't mind carson daly. the fallon show is getting better.

You may not like Fallon's humor (I can take it or leave it), but at least he has talent.

Carson Daly's only on-air "talent" is that he's smooth, he's somewhat good looking, and he's been there for a while.

Not much different than Ryan Seacrest, or Dick Clark (when he was alive, not now that he's a figure on loan from a wax museum), or any other "host." Their real strength is usually either in radio or as a behind the scenes producer; on TV, they're just a host.

What makes Daly more annoying is that he makes it very clear that he thinks he's an important celebrity. The people who become "beloved" in the host role are the ones who play the role of "everyman" - who's privileged to bring celebrities onto TV. (Even if they're just playing the role of "everyman."
