I've looked closely at about 5 of them and the best one I've found is http://www.chatroulette-clone.com They are updating it every couple of days and now have a red5 version to smooth out the shaky stratus connection.

1) kirzenchat is a normal videochat, nothing to do with a 'roulette'.
2) 2much.net, chatroulette is popular cause it is simple. Miricam isn't.
