Since a couple of days ago etology started to pay very low CPM for popunders (for all publishers as far as I know). And fpctraffic popunder script is fucked up (it is more like a fullscreen popup script than a popunder script).

regarding popunder vs popover , that usually has more to do with the browser. I notice chrome often doesnt "popunder" it "popsover" but you are looking at less than 10% of people affected by this

It's not a pop up....there is a difference....a popunder will not interfer with their surfing in the same as a popup do.
