Yeh, its on there, McAfee stopped it on my PC. I think it just alters your IE start page.

JS.Exception.Exploit is an exploit that allows Java applets to run arbitrary code on unpatched versions of Microsoft Internet Explorer. In many cases, the applet may perform simple actions, such as changing your Internet Explorer home page. However, it can also be programmed perform actions such as a mass mailing, as in the case of VBS.Loding.A@mm, or to create file on your computer that perform almost any malicious action.

any thread or post by "cluck" with his broken image from www.so.ru

it's a 404 error I guess, or a hotlink protection anyway. and my browser is Opera. It must be reading the html page since his image is broken.

I just added the site in my HOSTS file, and now it's fine.

NAV has saved my ass many times from the autobookmarking and autohomepage changing scripts. But hahahahahahahahahaha may cause even worst damage on your computer.
