Webcam Platform Solutions?

Looking for social webcam solutions, not the typical per minute webcam girl stuff but social multi broadcast solutions and chat/messaging such as Userplane or something.

I spoke with a company at the Phoenix Forum named www.MetrixStream.com that told me they could create a live cam system that incorporates a social networking platform. Not sure if they were talking custom set up or if they already had something to offer you.
