Experienced Programmer Needed to Build Dating Site Front & Backend Interface.

I am seeking an experienced programmer. Someone who has built the interface for other dating programs, and can show me the work they have completed for other sites. I am seeking someone who works fast and knows how to communicate. I will explain the exact details of the project later, but I will want an estimate on time and price. I know exactly what I want, so it should be easy to give a quote for the price and time frame.

I know that most senior programmers are working full time for companies. However I am seeking someone who wants to take on this project on their free time/ weekends / evenings for extra income or a freelancer. Although most freelancers are not capable of the high level of programming this project will require. I want my dating site backend to have all the bells and whistles and be very user friendly and highly interactive.
