I need a search script

Guys
I need a search feature on a site of mine.

I need to create categories or something like this:

The guy selects DVDS , big tits, blondes hits enter, gets a list of what i have entered in a database at first. (i can add removed edit items as i wish)

Sounds like you need a whole CMS, not a search.
