confusing stats

so what to think of this one:

i get 1 sale, 2 rebills, one chargeback for 1 sale and then nine days later another chargeback for the remaining moneys...

normal behaviour???

It could be explained if the person made a chargeback first without knowing rebills would follow. In that case the other chargeback could be requested on a later date?

It is an odd pattern and it sucks but it happens sometimes.
