Looking for an Exit Pop Under/Over Script and installation

Who specializes in Exit pop-up script installation here? I am probably going to move over to something like Exit-Chat in the next month but just want my Alt co-brand to pop in all browser when exiting my domain, not on internal links. Can someone steer me in the right direction?

Skip the Exit script, instead use my onclick script, it will pop once for every visitor on your site clicking anywhere on your site, also it wont annoy them since its a popunder. It's a extremely good rate also.
