I Need a Video Encoder with experience

I have over 500 dvd's that I need to be encoded to flv videos. Most dvd's have 3-4 full length scenes, some more.

I need the very best quality with the smallest size possible for the quality we are looking for.

Is there any companies that do this? Anyone want to take on the job.

I also have lots of movies that need to be cut up into 4-5 min clips and converted.

Mac professionals is coming to PHX they work mainly for broadcast and movie companies in mainstream, but will be offering services to adult. If you want I can put you in touch with Dennis and he can hook you up. They will not do the editing but they have taught 10$ an hour employes to do this work as they come in and do all the hardware and setting set up. If you have consistent work and not just a one time thing it may be of use.

it's mixed, majority probably gay, a bunch of straight and shemale as well.

Once all the dvd's are done I have tons of sponsor content as well that needs to be cut into clips and encoded
