There aren't any in my opinion. I don't know any webmaster who willingly puts his email address in an opt in list. I hate getting stupid emails announcing another new program. Any list you get will have loads of unsuspecting webmaster email addresses on it and you will only hurt your business.

This is just my opinion cuz I really hate fucking Spam... and even an email from someone who thinks they have a so-called "opt in" list is still fucking Spam in my book.

Ummmmm.... not in this world !! Who wants Ynots newsletter..?? and anyone who did "opt in" for it didn't expect to get an email from you too. Don't SPAM webmasters man. The only ones that will fall for it are newbies who wont make you any $$$ anyhow.

LOL! I love it! The hypocrisy! Dude, I am assuming that you have something that you want to get out to people. So, don't let the people here head you off at the pass. They just post opinions, like I am now. There are a large number of webmasters who are at the lower end of the industry echelon who would LOVE to help you. One of my programs is a link exchange with no recip required, and I have gleaned THOUSANDS of webmasters from that list and made hundreds of them into affiliates. And, I occasionally make small trades as well LOL! People will tend to frown on you, but, who freakin cares? Really! Tell them to go fuck themselves! LOL! You just make sure that you include removal instructions, send twice a month and keep your mail short and sweet, with MORE than one valid link to your product/site. Webmasters ARE Interested, just not the majority of the webmasters that spend the bulk of their time hanging out on boards passing slimly educated and moral judgements. The ones you need to reach are the ones that are NOT hanging out on the freakin boards all thier lives, they are the most receptive to new products, as opposed to people who see that kinda crap crap every day. So asking these guys is a start, just don't listen to negativity. The guys who are the MOST negative, you should Listen to the LEAST! Try this, hit every chat board you can think of ONCE with your question, and, your question will make it to allofem a few times hopefully. If you are really savvy include some keywords for searches, that may or may not help. Next, hit all the opp boards, at least the ten or eleven that really matter and ESPECIALLY y-not and netpond opps.
Ask your questions in those venues. People will prolly come out of the WOODWORK offering to send your stuff and blah blah blah, which is fine, if you have 25 to 35 cents per webmaster sent to. What you are looking for is deals, trades, discounts and most of all, valid addresses for your own use. Renting a list is for people who can afford to do it quite a few times, and most ads need to be seen a number of times before they are looked at. Just check out the op boards, last time i looked those assholes at trix-scripts were posting 3 or four at a time per board, all day long. But thats also why i know thier damn name.
Anyway, good luck! I never stick around for the idiots to flame me because there are to many, and people of my opinions generally hide. So I won't be back for any followup posts! But Using the same steps I gave you, I developed a stable of * snicker * bulk emailers that I am making and sharing profits with to this day C-ya!

Actually a valid point. The ones that hang out on the boards are not the ones that an email campaign would target because we do see all of the program announcments, pissing, etc....

The webmaster who builds his freesites, galleries, etc.. but doesn't participate in the community is the one that email campaigns very effectively target.

Not to say that buying lists is ok... but then again.. is anybody flaming publishers clearing house or the coupon people?
