    watermark on mpeg

does anyone know how to add watermark to a .mpeg directly.
I only know how to get them on .avi files with a filter in virtual dub, I heard of one for tmpgnc but never ever came across it, if anyone can help me out would be much appreciated. Thanks
SIG TOO BIG! Maximum 120x60 button and no more than 3 text lines of DEFAULT SIZE and COLOR. Unless your sig is for a GFY top banner sponsor, then you may use a 624x80 instead of a 120x60.

        why would you loose quality?

Vegas Video can output an avi with a watermark and then you can do with it as you please.
