I Need to get money from my Paypal to someone that only takes ePassporte.

I would get an ePassporte account, but it takes 3 days before I could get

The money to him. The amount is $125.00.

Open to suggestions.

If it's an emergency, why not do a wire transfer - (30$)
but you could use western union.
If that fails, buy a visa gift card and send that!
