Anybody having phatservers problems?

Our dedicated there seems to die pretty soon, it has been down hill for at least a week now.

They say nothing is wrong, but it takes forever to load our sites, nobody is going to wait for that. Our trades dropped 40%+ as well.

Anybody noticed the same as of late?

I just setup with them and guess what? Today, I can't upload a page and view it from a browser!! Great customer service guys!!!

Hi Guys

I use Phatservers and i have had NO PROBLEMS with them and i send a shitload of traffic to the box i have with them. They have been rock solid and have NEVER been down for me

Naughty - I thought this had been resolved? Hasn't MikeW been working with you on this? My understanding is that it came down to a Pennywize issue and a typo that was bogging down the logs and had been fixed. If you are still having problems why not let us know directly? Haven't we always busted ass to take care of you?

inthestars - I really don't understand your post in this thread. I read the support ticket you sent in today. We explained to you what you did and why it wasn't showing up. You really aren't being fair slamming us like that. If you need help from us just ask us and we will always be happy to assist you, just like we did earlier.

We already fixed this for Naughty look at the date of the post, it was a misspelling in his pennywize config that would kill the box anytime some hit that certain page. Nothing to do with his trades.

Yup, solved perfectly. Just an issue we had been struggling with for a while, because it was so damn tough to find

Chill out buddy. Never posted shit about anybody, we've been with Moose for almost 2 years now.
