Had an issue with my 1st payment wire transfer (my banks fault not ccbills), I sent an email to their payment support person, press send, press send/recv again immediately after and there is a response...... 60 sec reply to my email, how the hell did she even type that fast. Anyway that type of response time and support needs to be posted. Outstanding job by Jennifer, ccbill she is a keeper.

Funny, I had almost the issue yesterday, banks fault also not ccbills. She took care of the issue and resent the wire in like 10 minutes. Even called me back to verify. Top Notch.Http://www.extremehole.com
