back link check script needed (help please)

Ok i am having a little issue with finding a good script or plugin for word press to check it people are linking back to my site and keep those links up. Its just hard to figure out where those links go and i don't feel like checking every link by hand.

any suggestions?

i tried that but it tells me that the site linking back but i could not find anything on that site. Then i did a little test with sex.com (i know they aren't linking back to my site and said it did so something is wrong with that plugin or i did something wrong.
