Need a randomlink generator... Can anyone help?

I'm looking for a cgi script where when called, it'll choose a random page from a list.

I used to have a cgi code that did it, but lost it. The only thing I remember from it is that if I wanted to add/remove links, I would simply edit a text file on my server.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
