Webcam Pics & Liability

Hey Guys,

I need your opinion on starting a site with Webcam pics (one's harvested, you know what I'm talking about, AOL sluts gone wild type thing).. Something similar to WebCamVideoTeens.com..

What is the legality behind this? I know that some of those girls are under 18 and nude.. Does he really have deniability and indeminity over this? His T&C when you enter the site covers him against this, but that can't possably work in a criminal suit, can it?

I need opinions people!

I would obviously try to use my better judgement on the pics.. take out the ones I *KNOW* are underage and so on.. After all, I'm not asking for a one way ticket to Club Fed.

BTW 75% of these webcam pics you got from aol were from guys posing as girls that stole the pics from others. Not to mention the Ifriends, and Tricams spam there etc. When you get a call from the big boys for using their content to make a dime have fun.

Some of you guys just don't get it. Let's explain this one more time: It's illegal to have CP on your hard drive, in your cache, in your recyle bin, or even in your deleted files. It's illegal to have it in your possession in any way, shape, or form. How are you going to look at images and decide which ones are not CP and which ones are and stay legal? Maybe a cop, a judge, or a prosecutor can examine photos and look at CP legally, but there is no special exemption for porn webmasters I'm aware of. Are you?
