That's not normal for CCBTools they always answer my questions super fast. One of the best support programs in the biz in my opinion, other (un-named) software companies need to take example from them.

I know that Tanker is at the XBiz show in LA.

Chances are yours just got over looked by mistake. Tanker will get back to you toot sweet, I'm sure.
