Backup Software?

I'm looking for a backup app for win7 that will mirror certain folders and/or drives into an external drive continuously or "on the fly"

just bought goodsync
setting it up...exactly what i wanted.

had 4 storage devices fail on me over last 5 years... 1 usb stick, 1 external drive, 1 laptop drive, 1 regular desktop drive...fuck my life? technology hates me
back it up or its lost forever is my motto lol...this will makes things easier
