I mean that your header needs to be changed. The graphic at the top of the page with the site-wide links? Its a different size than your images and the site would look better if it wasn't there. You need a nice, clean header graphic up top, with clear text navigation links below it - replace this: http://www.glamortica.com/index_files/barranav.jpg Lose that graphic.

The "text" you have on the index page is an image. It should be actual, real, text.

Under that header are the images. Those girls look fantastic, but the "Glamortica" graphic looks horrendous. Someone at GFY could probably whip up a half-decent logo for $50 or less. The teletype font just don't cut it.

Below the images is a few text links. They look fine, yet should be the same width as the image table above it. And - in my opinion - ditch the tables altogether. While Google may not care about tables vs CSS, CSS makes things so much easier to change and update. Nice, neat little packets of code that can be re-arranged at will with minimal effort is good.

Below the contact/webmaster/etc links is a bunch of crap that should be deleted. You have your 2257 "statement" repeated, and ugly banner and text links to pointless sites. Are SignBucksDaily and FreeOnes going to single-handedly make your site profitable? Super Beauty and Layla Love? Fuck the banners. Give them a nice clean text link in your footer if you have to, but ditch that shit, mang!

If you plan on having affiliates, no sane person will link to a page with that many traffic leaks.

The girls look fantastic, but the images you have on the tour are low quality. Its looks like you might have FTV or MET-ART quality photography inside, but that's not represented on the tour pages (except for the video - looks nice).

The images on this page - http://www.glamortica.com/models.htm look to be about the same quality of images I was hosting on my BBS in 1996. Those girls deserve a bit more respect.

And I'm assuming that's why you're looking for a webmaster. Those are some seriously nice looking women, though. I wish you the best.

P.S. This NOT a negative post. It looks like you have something really good to work with here. I'm sure you'll find someone to clean things up for you - just don't give them too hard of a time when they delete everything and start over
