Gallery submitters step inside

There are some programs which support payments only by check,which i cant use,but their content would still come handy to increase overall productivity and ratio.I thinking about one solution to fix this:A gallery submitter,who does'nt have problem with receiving and cashing checks,would submit galleries to my tgp network and cashout that money,and i would receive 50% of earned money on epass or paypal.So basicly this would be like partner account,but you dont need to pay upfront for it plus you can submit unlimited galleries for approved sponsors,you dont even need to have hosting for this.Any takers?
