Your sitting at the bar at fridays and notice some bald guy next to you staring at you.
You finally ask him what his problem is and he gives you some smart ass answer.
Now you notice the bartender has a stack of steak knives in a bin next to you (within arms reach).
Without delay you grab a handful of maybe 10 steak knives, and stab this dude in the neck with all of them.
Its a bloody mess and you run out before the cops get there, jump into your car and hit the road ... your gone.
Now lets say you were cought down the road. Would you be charged with stabbing him once, or stabbing him 10 times? (remember there was 10 knives in your hand)
