which means your prices are high to cover the cost of your empire?

SplitInfinity/Suavemente can offer you extremely low pricing because we own our own data-center in San Diego, CA. We are a carrier-neutral facility offering over 40GBPS connectivity. We have DIRECT connectivity to one-wilshire from San Diego and have many providers to offer custom pricing/bandwidth blends from making us the only obvious choice. :-)

We have been in business since 1994.

                      I will email you now.

Amerinoc, formerly known as Phatservers, have the best customer support I've
seen from any company in any industry. They also really know their stuff - Mike,
the owner, has been doing server admin since like the 1980s.

At first glance, the pricing ranges from extremely low to medium depending on your
needs, but in the end they are among the cheapest. I say "at first glance" and
"in the end" because you want to consider how much does it cost when your server
gets rooted and your site is down because the person who set it up missed some
important security related settings? If the server admin doesn't know to use "noatime"
and instead sells you on a bigger RAID array, in a bigger box, how much more do
you pay for that larger server? Paying a little "more" for top notch expertise can be
much cheaper than dealing with the end results of an admin who is fresh out of school.
