1. Bandwidth is OVERPRICED
2. After having servers with them for years they'd NEVER give you a discount for using OLD EQUIPMENT
3. They never negotiate unless you burn gigabits of bandwidth
I've heard a lot of complaints from known TGP network owners.

P.S.: How's $25/Mbit sound for you? Well may be it's like $20 these days but you get the idea.

Been with them for almost 10 years. Never have I had any significant downtime and they're support is instant. I feel like they've gone above and beyond for me many times. Sales wise, yeah they're not cheap and getting a discount and leverage to negotiate with them can take time and some balls. When I read 3-5 independent posts about major downtime from some of the other big reputable hosts, it makes it all worth it for me.

Overpriced! People act like they are the only reliable host thats why they can be overpriced. Which is bullshit, of course...there are many reliable hosts and much cheaper, no reason to pay just for a brand.
