Beach comber cafe sounds familiar.. it made me think of an old style town square in a way.. there was also a real estate office with property prices on a letterboard like thing out in front of it. We were talking about those condo like things and you said "yeah man this is a nice little income property for me"

I have no idea what property like this costs or rents for, but can you REALLY buy one of those buildings for $1M+- and charge $2000 for weeks in the units? Really? I would have thought more like $1000 or so but I guess that I don't see why not..

I remember being in North Padre down there by Corpus Christi last year and we were pleased as HELL with $200/night. HELL, fucking embassy suites she loved so much costs that and it's just a mainstream wannabe luxury hotel.

But the deal was fucking beautiful down there, we got a two level right on the beach for that.. 3 bath.. 2 balconies.. fully stocked kitchen.. flat tv.. $200/night.... it was a ridiculous good deal
