uLust is really good! Make sure to use RevShare, since you are paid $0.30 per free male / $1.50 for free female profile on top of regular RevShare payout... Converts better than Fling and some other I've tried!

My problem with AFF and Fling is that I hundreds and hundreds of profiles but nobody ever joined up. I was thinking about focusing on per profiles, but are you saying it converts well for you? They have a lot of FHGs and some great promo tools and dating seems to be doing way better than porn for many.
