Anybody else noticing that members trials are not cancelling but not getting rebilled... I've got retries set up and I'm amazed that the number of retries compared to Vertrol, sales are better with Zombaio but my recurring with Vertrol is way up compared to Zombaio and was just wondering if other webmasters using Zom was noticing the same thing?

Dennis, by default we retry for 15 days (3 x 5 days) to rebill the card, during that time the membership stays active. If you do not want that you can change the billing retry setup in ZOA

I've always heard that size does not matter. I guess it's different in this industry ;)
