Recommend a script that shows my availability

I need a script that shows "I'm Available" or "I'm Not Available" just by clicking a button on an online interface. Is there such a thing out there?

Unless you are integrating with some type of service, you should be able to accomplish this with a few simple lines of code.

it's for something that a client needs. She's a webcam girl that sells her time blocks independently, and she needs to show when she's available or not. She's not code-savvy, so I need to offer her a solution where she just logs into a script, clicks "Available" and voila, it shows up on a page.
