    cost/time to set up ratio would be good.

      wouldnt say its the best, but subdreamer has some good features bro.
      last time i saw,it was 60 bucks and it didnt take me much time to set it up on my dinky linux server

                  I have been working with Aj and ElevatedX and the script is great and powerful with lots of features. Now if you're looking for a tube CMS www.mechbunny.com has that nailed.
